It's a Blue Christmas

I'll be heading to my parent's house in a few days for Christmas. Kenney is staying in Chicago, at least until New Years.  His contract with Sears is up on 12/31, and he has had one interview with Sara Lee in the Chicago area and a few interviews here in Richmond with Sheltering Arms.  Hopefully, offers will come in soon so we can put 2009 behind us.  For now, my puppies have been a great source of comfort, and friends have been helpful at being distracting so I don't think about everything too much.  I hope everyone has a wonderful Christmas!! And now, a Blue Christmas:

I posted this next photo on facebook for my husband, and some people were, well, freaked out by it.  I just caught Ana in the middle of yawning, but I told Kenney that it was her warning to the Grinch this year. What do you think?  ;o)

good luck. i'm behind on reading. i hope it went well.

i think it's funny what freaks people out. think of how we look in mid pose. do you remember the movie "election"? that was part of the humour. try taking a photo while they're shaking off the water. those are hilarious snaps.

by the way, it's proper to use your paw to cover a yawn. tsk.
